Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Payment Operations Team Lead to spearhead our Global Processing PayOps team in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

This role presents a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on Wise's mission as you establish a new team in a new location.

  • Establish a strong Operations team and foster the growth of specialists within the organization.
  • Develop and measure key performance indicators for success and maintain focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the team consistently meets their service level agreements.

  • Has a proven track record of driving metrics and achieving key performance goal targets.
