Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned User Experience Leader to spearhead user experience initiatives in Latin America.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex problems, propose innovative solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to execute them.
  • Prioritize ideating seamless user experiences throughout the app lifecycle to drive user retention.
  • Work closely with Operations and Product teams across the LatAm region to identify opportunities and develop strategic solutions.
  • Break down intricate problems into actionable steps and develop optimized processes.
  • Leverage analytical and implementation skills to transform project plans into reality.
  • Foster positive relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Execute core analyses and processes to ensure seamless operation.
  • Identify risks and opportunities and generate actionable recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of professional experience.
  • Strong data-driven mentality for strategic decision-making.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing environments.
  • Planning and organization skills to create short-term plans and timelines.
