In this position, you will collaborate with clients to analyze server landscapes, plan upgrades or sanitization roadmaps, and execute operational routines to ensure applications remain available and functional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current server configurations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new instances, apply patches, and perform version upgrades/downgrades/reinstalls for operating systems.
  • Conduct health checks, monitor infrastructure, and maintain up-to-date documentation for Windows/Linux DC environments.
  • Test new features and provide compatibility analysis between applications and operating systems.
  • Collaborate with asset management teams to execute activities at client locations, including asset inventory management and maintenance.
  • Create and maintain runbooks for Windows/Linux DC operations.
