Subsurface Project Specialist

Job Description:

The successful candidate will support our global client's geoscientists in well planning, operation, and execution of analytical programs for rock and fluid samples. This person will be part of a dynamic subsurface team responsible for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the geoscientist with scope related to well planning, operation, and execution of analytical programs for rock and fluid samples.
  • Act as liaison with local labs and entities, identify, develop, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide support to well planning, operations, and post-well study programs.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance by preparing, formatting, translating, and submitting reports.
  • Manage sample storage, shipment tracking, and logistics while maintaining timelines for lab services and deliverables.
  • Contribute to the implementation and dissemination of best practices, adhering to data management policies.
  • Work effectively in multidisciplinary teams across multiple countries and locations.

Qualifications:

  • Petroleum engineer or Geologist major - we will evaluate different seniorities and experience.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
