Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the commercial team and implementing plans to increase revenue and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of the paper and board market, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to analyze sales trends and develop reports for management, as well as establish and nurture relationships with customers at all levels.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our organization and drive business growth.

  1. Develop and execute commercial roadmaps for your segment/products/perimeter;
  2. Execution of price increases as per the pricing strategy;
  3. Account management, including negotiating contracts and identifying growth/profitability improvement opportunities;
  4. Ensure business performance by servicing existing customer bases and developing new growth opportunities;
