Integration Expert

Purpose of Position:

As an integral member of a skilled team, you will play a vital role in launching top brands onto our network by providing expert technical support during the integration process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed and thorough technical integration support to clients during the launch process
  • Act as a liaison between clients, developers, and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Debug client tracking implementations and provide insightful feedback on potential solutions
  • Contribute to team targets and review colleagues' work for technical sign-off
  • Identify and escalate critical technical issues with the platform
  • Administer a comprehensive knowledge base used internally and externally
  • Develop and deliver high-level training to internal colleagues

Requirements and Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to understand web languages such as HTML, SQL, ActionScript, and JavaScript
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, employees, and external suppliers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
