Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective trade compliance strategies for all Customs initiatives
- Provide timely and accurate responses to Customs inquiries, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders
- Design and deliver training programs in import/export compliance, including valuation, Country of Origin, Incoterms, and DuPont's import/export processes
- Offer day-to-day support to internal stakeholders on import/export transactions and compliance
- Build and maintain relationships with Customs brokers, collaborating with Logistics to optimize freight forwarder interactions
- Ensure 100% compliance in trade-related issue resolution, upholding industry standards
The ideal candidate possesses expertise in logistics transportation and import/export regulations, along with advanced communication skills in English and Spanish. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain is preferred.
