As a strategic accounting professional, you will play a key role in designing and implementing comprehensive accounting strategies that drive business performance and compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in managing financial closing processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing actionable insights to support sound decision-making.
- Develop and implement accounting strategies to drive financial performance and compliance.
- Manage the preparation and consolidation of accurate financial statements, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus).
- At least 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in managing teams and partnering across functions.
