Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer service, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing solutions that meet their requirements.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Sales or marketing experience in the IT industry
  • Knowledge of Cloud Computing, ADM Infrastructure, Data and Analytics, GenAI, and Cyber Security
  • Experience working with corporate customers and suppliers
