We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our Building Automation/Fire organization's growth. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify opportunities to drive sales and revenue expansion
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives
- Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets
- Articulate and deliver the value proposition to customers
- Manage momentum through the sales cycle
- Establish rapport with customers to build strong, long-term relationships
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, preferably with an engineering background
- Significant experience in sales/account management, with expertise in fire detection and suppression systems
- Advanced English skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Engineering background, with knowledge of automation technologies
- Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization and navigate a matrixed environment
- Able to handle multiple priorities and provide solutions-driven results
