Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our Building Automation/Fire organization's growth. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify opportunities to drive sales and revenue expansion
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets
  • Articulate and deliver the value proposition to customers
  • Manage momentum through the sales cycle
  • Establish rapport with customers to build strong, long-term relationships
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, preferably with an engineering background
  • Significant experience in sales/account management, with expertise in fire detection and suppression systems
  • Advanced English skills and excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Engineering background, with knowledge of automation technologies
  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization and navigate a matrixed environment
  • Able to handle multiple priorities and provide solutions-driven results
