Type of employment: Permanent, Regular
Job DescriptionAs a Middle Account Executive, your role will involve managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, conducting client reviews, collaborating with sales teams, providing updates on new products, and preparing performance reports.
Requirements:
- Certified Client Relationship Manager (CCRM) or equivalent preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in client relationship management or related field
- Language skills as required
- Competencies include effective team building, business analysis, client advocacy, relationship management, communication, data analysis, financial acumen, product and market knowledge, problem-solving
Additional Information: You will have the opportunity to participate in interviews via video call or face-to-face with designated interviewers. Your team will be led by your manager, and the location preference is indicated.
