Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize workforce analytics and business metrics to inform strategic decision-making, ensuring data-driven insights drive organizational success.
  • Partner with senior management to define, implement, and build a company culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Recommend and implement employee benefit programs and policies to enhance working environments, prioritizing employee well-being and job satisfaction.
  • Manage employee relations, including providing advice and counsel to employees and managers, resolving conflicts efficiently and effectively.
  • Enhance management and leadership capacity through internal coaching and development initiatives, upskilling talent and driving career growth.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives to improve internal accountability and facilitate seamless handoffs, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
  • Oversight of recruitment, selection, and hiring of key staff at all levels, ensuring diverse and qualified candidates are identified and onboarded.
  • Manage employment-related legal risks by ensuring compliance with federal guidelines, mitigating potential liabilities and protecting the organization's reputation.
