About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Utilize market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and online platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet those needs.
Requirements
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
