Job Title: Business Development Director

The Business Development Director plays a pivotal role in driving the company's market position and achieving business outcomes through strategic initiatives and planning.

  • Contribute to strategic planning by analyzing market conditions and identifying opportunities for growth, further strengthening our competitive edge.
  • Sell value-added services using local affiliates' business structure as a key strength.
  • Develop and maintain key client relationships to expand new business opportunities and prospect for new clients.
  • Lead the development of visit plans for assigned clients and areas of responsibility.
  • Promote value-added services and products to peers and teams outside your core responsibility.
  • Work with organizational teams to develop capture strategies, proposals, and pricing as appropriate, enhancing collaboration and synergy.
  • Collaborate with technical staff and internal teams to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Provide strategic insight on future business initiatives, market drivers, and competitor activities, fostering informed decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for marketing campaigns that lead to increased sales, optimizing ROI.
  • Submit reports as needed and ensure data is accurately entered and managed within the company's CRM system.
  • Forecast sales targets and track activity on accounts to meet these targets efficiently.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
  • 5 or more years of experience in the industry is preferred.
  • Business experience in the manufacturing and/or technical service industry is essential.

  • High energy professional with a commitment to succeed in sales and business development.
  • Facile with computers and management systems, leveraging technology for productivity.
