Job Overview

As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the monitoring and enhancement of performance metrics and insights into operational results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance management of operational areas, providing clear data visualization and developing indicators, analyses, and insights—both for tactical decision-making and for strategic vision of results.
  • Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to provide insights that support informed decision-making, facilitating efficient management of operations.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement, based on the analysis of operational performance metrics, and propose targeted initiatives, managing change and promoting a culture of data-driven and performance-focused decisions.
  • Plan and monitor operational activities, assessing progress and opportunities, and serve as a focal point for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead talent development, focusing on performance, quality, and continuous improvement, fostering an innovative, autonomous, and results-oriented work environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Language skills: Advanced fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Work experience: At least 3 years' experience in operations, including team and project management.
  • Knowledge of operational performance management, data analysis, reporting, and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, ETL processes, and DataViz best practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
