Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the regional sales team to drive business growth and profitability.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
- Work closely with internal teams and multiple stakeholders across various countries.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the O&G or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the LATAM O&G refining market dynamics and customer needs.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics to drive performance improvements.
- Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
