Job Description

This sales leadership role presents an opportunity to drive business growth and profitability in a regional sales team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing the team to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the regional sales team to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Work closely with internal teams and multiple stakeholders across various countries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the O&G or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the LATAM O&G refining market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics to drive performance improvements.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
