About the Role

This opportunity allows you to lead part of the sales team and support all aspects of client engagement with key strategic accounts in refining and petrochemicals. You will be responsible for defining sales strategy toward key customers while aligning with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a segment of the sales team in Latin America and develop strong relationships with existing clients in the region.
  • Mentor the team in commercial proposal development, negotiation, and closure of deals to generate revenue.
  • Manage and grow the customer base and revenue generation in the region.
  • Work with the organization to ensure seamless sales process experiences for clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop existing ones in Refining, Petrochemicals, Gas Processing, and Sustainability.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • At least 10 years of experience in sales/commercial roles in refining & petrochemicals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
  • Technical knowledge in refining and petrochemical industries.
  • Understanding of cultural background and business atmosphere in Latin America.
  • Ability to travel up to 35% of your time.
