We are seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Manager to drive growth and customer satisfaction in our UOP Sales Team in Latin America. This role presents a unique opportunity to establish and strengthen relationships with key customers in the refining and petrochemical industry.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead a team to develop and execute sales strategies that increase revenue and enhance customer experience.
- Mentor team members in commercial proposal development, negotiation, and closure of deals.
- Manage and grow the customer base in the region, ensuring a healthy and sustainable business pipeline.
- At least 10 years of experience in sales/commercial roles in the refining & petrochemical business environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
- Chemical Engineering degree and/or specialization/master's in refining/petrochemical businesses.
- Able to influence at varying levels across the organization.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate in a highly matrixed environment.
