Senior Sales Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Sales Manager to drive growth and customer satisfaction in our UOP Sales Team in Latin America. This role presents a unique opportunity to establish and strengthen relationships with key customers in the refining and petrochemical industry.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to develop and execute sales strategies that increase revenue and enhance customer experience.
  • Mentor team members in commercial proposal development, negotiation, and closure of deals.
  • Manage and grow the customer base in the region, ensuring a healthy and sustainable business pipeline.
Requirements:
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales/commercial roles in the refining & petrochemical business environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
