Job Title: Senior Oracle Database Administrator

About the Job
As a senior member of our support organization, you will be responsible for delivering post-sales support and solutions to our customers while serving as an advocate for their needs. This involves resolving non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver post-sales support and solutions to our customers
• Resolve non-technical customer inquiries
• Provide technical advice and assistance to internal employees and customers

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle RDBMS versions 12c and 19c
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Tuning
• Advanced knowledge of DB Tuning
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle Real Application Cluster
• Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Oracle Exadata
• Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Cloud Control 13c
• Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of RMAN
• Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Oracle cloud Infrastructure
• Portuguese language proficiency
• English language proficiency
• Desired certifications: Oracle Certified Professional, Oracle Autonomous Database Cloud Specialist, Oracle OCI Foundations Associate
