Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this key role. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and will work closely with technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-level solution designs and technical scopes in collaboration with the team
- Monitor development deliveries, plan and execute tests, and support user acceptance validation
- Implement governance controls and monitoring in adherence to IT governance policies and standards
- Work closely with internal/global technical teams to identify existing solutions and integrations/developments required
- Promote changes in information systems in reactive and proactive mode
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in user support and incident management
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other employees
- Previous experience in project management and production support
- Strong analytical capacity to understand issues and propose viable solutions
- High-level knowledge of programming languages to execute queries in the database and analyze procedures
- Advanced English language skills
- Full graduate degree
