Director of Product Strategy

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Strategy to lead our product management efforts. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our product strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted advisor in the pre-sales process, engaging with potential clients to understand their vision, challenges, and goals.
  • Provide strategic product consulting, helping clients refine their product direction and align their vision with actionable roadmaps.
  • Lead and facilitate discovery sessions, ensuring a structured approach to defining business problems and opportunities.
  • Influence decision-making by articulating a clear product strategy and validating business value.
  • Develop and execute proposals that align with client business needs, providing strategic recommendations on product direction, market positioning, and user experience.
Requirements:
  • Executive/Managerial experience, with a proven track record of conducting meetings with executive stakeholders and creating presentations that showcase strategic thinking with a clear business impact.
  • Experience in Executive roles such as Director/Head/VP of Product Strategy, or Manager roles in Product Management and UX Design.
  • Expertise in Product Strategy, with the ability to define, refine, and validate product concepts with clients.
  • Strong UX Background, with hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user research.
  • Consultative Mindset, with experience working with clients, facilitating workshops, and shaping product visions.
  • Broad Business Acumen, with an understanding of market trends, competitive analysis, and product-market fit.
