Become a key player in our team's growth strategy as we seek a data-driven Marketing Manager to expand reach through partnerships and drive growth opportunities across LATAM.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, and experience in partnership management. They will be responsible for driving regional Growth Marketing Strategy, channel analytics, localization, adaptation, and evaluation; negotiating strategic partnerships, maintaining relationships, and ensuring swift implementation, activation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional Growth Marketing Strategy, leveraging insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Project and Partnership Management: Craft go-to-market strategies, align stakeholders, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Analyze complex data sets to generate actionable insights and identify gaps in business metrics and user behavior trends.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret digital marketing channels (Paid, SEO, Lifecycle) and associated analytics tools.
  • Draw insights from dashboards and metrics to inform business decisions and translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
  • International experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders;
  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or sales;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and leverage growth opportunities;
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and associated analytics tools;
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills;
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights;
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail;
  • Fluent English is a must;
  • Remote and startup experience is a plus.
