Risk Management Specialist

To protect and safeguard the future of businesses, we are seeking a skilled Risk Management Specialist. This key role involves delivering virtual risk solutions to clients nationwide, analyzing data, and crafting smart recommendations to guide organizations toward safer operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough evaluations, assess data, and create service plans to mitigate customers' sources of risk, loss, and costs.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance employee development and effectiveness at the discretion of your manager.
- Collaborate with the team to develop policies, procedures, tools, and technical resources to support risk management consulting.
- Enhance our leadership position in safety by developing a network of contacts.
- Bachelor's degree with coursework in safety, engineering, or related areas (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of directly related consulting experience in risk management or progressive safety/health fields.
- Advanced knowledge, skills, and experience in specialized fields, service planning, delivery, risk assessment, analysis, solutions management, and progress measurement.
- Effective interpersonal, writing, and other communication skills required to develop and maintain relationships with customers, peers, and industry contacts.
- Demonstrated ability to retrieve and enter information using various software applications and create/modify documents and complex spreadsheets using Microsoft Office suite.
