Data Analytics Specialist">

We are looking for a skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our Revenue Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in unifying data, automating operations, and enabling faster, smarter decisions across channels.

This is a great opportunity for someone with advanced SQL skills, experience with data transformation and modeling (ETL/ELT), and proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

You will lead growth automation initiatives from scoping to delivery, monitoring, and measurement. Additionally, you will establish data quality, testing, documentation, and governance standards.

As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will collaborate with global teams on models, KPIs, and best practices. You will also develop reports and presentations to communicate insights clearly to leaders for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain data infrastructure and analytics platform.
  • Automate data-related and operational processes to improve speed, quality, and scalability.
  • Lead growth automation initiatives from scoping to delivery, monitoring, and measurement.
  • Establish data quality, testing, documentation, and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with global teams on models, KPIs, and best practices.
  • Develop reports and presentations to communicate insights clearly to leaders for decision-making.

  • Experience with DBT, Airflow, and Git workflows.
  • Production experience with Python for data processing and automation.
  • Knowledge of statistics and experimentation for decision-making.
  • Data engineering background with scalable data systems knowledge.
