Job Opportunity

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with experience in leading analytics initiatives and service management. They will own and prioritize the regional analytics roadmap, balancing business needs, profitability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and lead the regional analytics roadmap, considering business needs, profitability, and innovation.
  • Motivate a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely delivery and continuous improvement of data-driven insights.
  • Establish standards and governance for analytics solutions and empower business users with self-service data capabilities.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), manage budgets, and collaborate with finance to maximize return on investment (ROI) on analytics investments.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships and agile decision-making as a primary liaison for senior leaders.
Requirements:
  • Solid experience in Data & Analytics leadership or service management, with agile program experience and proven stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with Azure/MSSQL ecosystems, Business Intelligence (BI) tools (Power BI/Tableau), Extract-Transform-Load (ETL), data modeling; Master Data Management (MDM) knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen (ideally in trading/commodities), financial understanding, and ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT), Engineering or related fields.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
