We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our data-driven initiatives and drive business growth across Latin America.
Main Responsibilities- Transform Data into Strategic Value: Utilize advanced analytics tools to uncover key trends, regulations, and competitor movements across the region.
- Inform Business Decisions: Present complex findings in actionable insights that empower senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
- Cultivate Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate directly with executives and international stakeholders to gain invaluable cross-functional and multi-country experience.
- Optimize Performance: Monitor key business performance indicators, identifying critical opportunities for improvement across our subsidiaries.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven expertise in Business Intelligence, Market Intelligence, Business Strategy, Performance Management, or similar roles.
- Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel and robust data analysis skills.
- Advanced-level proficiency in Data Tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python).
- Exceptional MS PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Language Skills: Advanced English is required for effective communication with HQ & LATAM subsidiaries; Spanish is an asset.
