We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead a high-impact initiative that drives cross-functional coordination, ensures alignment with business objectives, and proactively manages risk throughout the program lifecycle.

This role is responsible for end-to-end program management of implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of multiple modules. The successful candidate will have experience in managing both strategic and tactical delivery as a Program Manager and Business Analyst.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent project tracking, stakeholder communication, and issue resolutions skills. They will also have demonstrable knowledge and passion about bitcoin and cryptocurrency, with a security-first mindset.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of project or program management experience, ideally within treasury, fintech or financial operations
  • 2+ years of Kyriba experience, including implementation or administration of multiple modules
  • Proven ability to manage both strategic and tactical delivery as a Program Manager and Business Analyst
  • Experience managing banking relationships and external partner coordination
  • Highly organized with excellent project tracking, stakeholder communication, and issue resolutions skills
  • Demonstrable knowledge and passion about bitcoin and cryptocurrency with a security-first mindset
  • Advanced knowledge of the Google suite of products, including Sheets
  • Strong work ethic and ability excel in a fast-paced evolving environment
