**Job Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned financial professional to lead our regional supply chain finance operations and manage a team of professionals responsible for managing these functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Modeling and Analysis: Evaluate complex financial models and analyses to inform strategic decisions.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Analyze and report on key supply chain performance metrics to drive business insights.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, coach, and develop a team of professionals responsible for managing supply chain financial operations.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting: Relevant academic background with a focus on finance or accounting.
  • Proven Leadership Experience: Significant experience as a people leader in the finance area.
  • Financial Acumen and Compliance: Strong understanding of financial principles and a compliance mindset.
  • Language Skills: Advanced or fluent English language skills.
  • Adaptability and Leadership: Ability to adapt and lead in a changing and matrixed environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Postgraduate Degree or Certifications: MBA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant financial certifications.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in supply chain finance, commercial, and consumer products industries, as well as public accounting.
Work Arrangements:

The position is based in Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil, with hybrid work arrangements available.
