**Job Description:** As an Air Freight Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless air freight shipments. You will be responsible for coordinating and collaborating with colleagues to resolve internal issues and guarantee timely delivery of all necessary paperwork.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving and analyzing customer requirements to identify the best operational options
  • Handling import and export tasks, including opening and preparing files, gathering and inputting data
  • Preparing and following up on necessary documents for shipments and uploading them into our system
  • Processing bookings and interacting with airlines to receive proposed flight details and confirm or request additional options
  • Managing credit checks and informing customers about deviations from credit limits or outstanding invoices

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Administration, International Relations, Foreign Trade, Economics, or a related field
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Experience in air logistics
