Job Opportunity: Control Analyst

We are seeking an experienced professional to develop and implement new processes and controls. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring operational performance, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with receiving, processing, and shipping plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and create new processes and controls;
  • Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for growth;
  • Develop and update process control indicators to ensure accuracy and efficiency;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, propose improvements, and optimize production plans;
  • Evaluate and propose points for improvement in systems and controls that may enhance operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in engineering, logistics, or related fields;
  • Advanced analytical skills to diagnose process improvements and solve complex problems;
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills;
  • Experience with project development and management of indicators (KPIs);
  • Knowledge of SQL, Data Studio, VBA, and other relevant tools.
