We are seeking a skilled Global Expense Reporting Specialist to support the global expense reporting process and provide expert advice on financial matters.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Support local payment processes for cash and credit card payments
- Monitor regional cash and card payment completion
- Provide support for Global Treasury payment process
- Assist Affiliates with ERP open balances
- Manage rejected payment process
- Act as point of escalation for employee support cases
- Support annual review of Concur SOX documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting or directly related area
- Concur/Expense Reporting experience essential
- Fluent English
- Demonstrated process improvement experience
- Experience with analytics preferred
- Ability to frame issues/opportunities for management
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requirements at the time
- Proven ability to identify root cause of problems/issues
