The position involves overseeing the quality management system and processes across entities within a hub. It includes coordinating process reviews in line with internal and external expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Define and manage Quality Management System and processes across the entities within the Hub
- Coordinate process reviews in line with internal and external expectations
- Accountable for maintaining and securing required Certification in all units within the HUB scope
- Establish process performance indicators, and ensure effective internal controls are in place to verify that processes continue to meet customer and stakeholder expectations
- Adapt and implement quality assurance methods, monitoring offer performance, and collaborating with regional stakeholders to address market-specific needs and challenges
The role requires proactively driving systematic continuous improvement actions to improve business processes and procedures globally. It also involves managing resolution of high-profile NCRs reported, protecting and strengthening customer trust by effectively addressing quality issues.
Requirements- A strong background in quality management and leadership is essential
- Ability to drive business transformation and improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with industry trends and regulations affecting quality assurance and quality control
