This position can be office-based or home-based, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop High-Quality Proposals: Create strategic proposals that meet clients' needs and exceed their expectations.
- RFP Calendar Management: Prepare viable RFP calendars and ensure timely completion of milestones by all involved individuals.
- Strategy Calls: Organize, attend, and lead strategy calls for RFPs, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
- Budget Development: Develop draft budgets in CLARITY and work with the budgeting team to create competitive final budgets.
- Study Modeling: Contribute to study modeling in VISIONAL, ensuring accurate and comprehensive proposals.
- Client Feedback: Review clients' specifications and obtain quality feedback from various stakeholders within the company.
- Vendor Management: Prepare vendor RFPs and obtain vendor quotes, ensuring seamless collaboration.
- Bid Defense Support: Provide support for bid defense meetings, ensuring a strong and confident presentation.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a four-year degree from an accredited college or University.
- Experience managing full-service clinical trial proposals at a CRO.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Strong analytical and time management skills.
- Flexibility and creativity in responding to potential clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
