About Compliance Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Audit Department to generate accurate audits and reports.
  • Analyze and interpret data related to compliance initiatives.
  • Work closely with management to prioritize business needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Identify areas where departments may not be in compliance with established internal control procedures.
  • Document audit tests and findings thoroughly.
  • Manage all incoming carrier documentation and update systems accordingly.
