We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of National Associate and Regional Director. This position will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of our National Center for Entrepreneurship, driving initiative success nationwide, and working closely with regional directors, faculty, and university administration.

Job Description
  • Lead Design and Implementation: Lead the design, planning, implementation, and evaluation of national entrepreneurship programs and capacity-building initiatives that have a high impact on program participants.
  • Community Engagement: Coordinate with communities around the country to support local entrepreneurship center development, student programming, and faculty training.
  • Program Guidance: Provide guidance to entrepreneurship centers and incubators on program design, student engagement, and partnership cultivation.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure alignment of national programs with institutional needs, funder expectations, and impact metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's Degree: A master's degree is preferred, and significant relevant experience at a managerial level is required.
  • Leadership Experience: 7+ years of experience in higher education, entrepreneurship, nonprofit leadership, or economic development.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with grant writing experience a plus.
