About this role

  • We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Infrastructure Intern. This is an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in the field of IT infrastructure.

Job description

  • This internship will involve working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to various projects;
  • Working with people from different areas of specialization and expertise;
  • Participating in a learning track on new technologies during the internship period, with space and support for personal development.

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting the management and organization of backup dedicated environments (Commvault and Veem);
  • Providing level 1 support for managed client environments (Networks, Operating Systems, and Virtualization);
  • Assisting with hardware incident response and communication portals.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Cursando Ensino Superior preferably in Networks, Computer Science/Engineering, IT Management, or Information Systems;
  • Anticipated graduation by June 2026;
  • Availability to intern from 8am to 3pm, in a hybrid model at our local office located on Avenida Paulista, with 2 days of presence and the rest remote;
  • Advanced English to interact with the global team, especially with Canada.
