Job Title: IT Infrastructure ManagerDescription:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure, network systems, and security across all offices. This role involves managing and monitoring IT infrastructure, system installations, configurations, testing, and maintenance for efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor IT infrastructure, system installations, configurations, testing, and maintenance for efficient operation.
  • Provide IT help desk support for all levels and sites, including software and hardware.
  • Ensure IT security, antivirus administration, and communications (telephone, mobile, network, internet access).
  • Manage application servers, Windows user administration, and other IT tasks/projects assigned by the Global IT Group.
Requirements:
  • A college degree in IT/Engineering or successful completion of an IT Technical degree/certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, including Wintel administration, Microsoft Office365 support, and office network/IT infrastructure management.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15-20 pounds at times.
  • May be required to work on-call or long hours in case of network malfunction.
