IT Infrastructure Manager

This is a critical role where your expertise in infrastructure management will be invaluable to our clients.
The job requires a unique blend of technical skills and project management abilities. You will work on current projects, analyzing problems, offering solutions, and implementing changes.
You'll also participate in long-range strategic planning of IT infrastructure and operational execution.
Your Responsibilities- Analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
- Lead AMS squads and coordinate support activities.
- Manage critical incidents (war room) and ensure rapid resolution.
- Govern backlogs, SLAs, and OLAs, ensuring compliance and performance.
- Oversee AMS operations governance following ITIL best practices (Incident, Problem, Change, Release).
- Strong experience in incident, problem, and change management.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
