Job Title

A seasoned IT professional is required to lead our team in providing top-notch technical support and infrastructure management. This role involves being the go-to expert for complex technical challenges, owning and managing our IT infrastructure, and administering our Google Workspace environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the escalation point for users, resolving complex technical issues across hardware, software, and networks.
  • Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN), servers, and telecommunications.
  • Administer our Google Workspace environment to ensure seamless productivity and security.
  • Provide expert-level support for mixed-OS environments, including Windows and macOS systems.
  • Implement and enforce IT security policies and best practices, managing endpoint security (EDR), firewalls, and data backup and recovery systems.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement and vendor management to deployment and tracking.
  • Lead small to medium-sized IT projects, develop comprehensive documentation, and mentor junior IT analysts.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in an IT support or systems administration role, supporting environments with 200+ users.
  • Expert-level proficiency in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS.
  • Proven experience as a Google Workspace administrator.
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts and hands-on experience with endpoint security, firewalls, and data backup solutions.
  • Fluency in English.
