We are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the execution of Wellhub's IT infrastructure, ensuring that end-user services are delivered in a high-quality and effective manner. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical specifications, empower the team to deliver projects successfully, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.\

Key Responsibilities:\

  • Develop and implement strategies for improving IT infrastructure and service delivery.\
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure analysts, tech leads, and engineering teams to ensure deliverables are worked into plans.\
  • Provide oversight of projects while keeping all stakeholders coordinated on progress and deadlines.\
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management when needed, and balance business needs versus technical constraints.\

Requirements:\
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in managing a team of end-user support and IT operations, conducting projects, defining targets, and participating in regular meetings for alignment, team development, and feedback. A bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline, solid experience in computer software technology, and advanced ability to speak English are also required. Experience with troubleshooting infrastructure technical issues, infrastructure project management, stakeholder management, cloud environments, access management tools, process automation, and IT infrastructure certifications are desired but not necessary.
