About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Network Infrastructure Manager to oversee the operation of our global infrastructure and network systems. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless connectivity and data transfer across our worldwide locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor all IT infrastructure and system installations, including configurations, testing, and maintenance to ensure efficient operation.
  • Provide expert IT help desk support for all levels and sites, as well as software and hardware assistance.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, including valuation and testing of hardware and software.
  • Purchase and maintain IT equipment, and manage IT providers.
  • Implement backup data protection and IT security measures, including antivirus administration.
  • Manage communications, including telephone, mobile, network, and internet access.
  • Administer application servers and Windows user accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • College degree in IT or engineering, or successful completion of an IT technical degree or certification program.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, including Wintel administration and Microsoft Office365 support.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting office networks and IT infrastructure, such as firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi, etc.
  • Bonus points for basic knowledge of SAP.

You must be able to communicate effectively in English with regional headquarters in the United States and global headquarters in Singapore.
