The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels, including retail and installer markets. As a key member of our team, this individual will provide support to store management in achieving established goals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Expertise: The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively interact with customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Ticket Management: This role involves promptly greeting customers, assisting them in selecting merchandise, and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the shopping experience.
  • Support Services: The candidate will work closely with managers and installer service specialists to ensure seamless service delivery to professional customers.
  • Training and Development: Regular training sessions will be provided to enhance the candidate's skills and knowledge relevant to the position.
  • Phone Support: Providing exceptional phone service to customers is crucial, adhering to company policies and procedures while recommending premium items when necessary.
  • Cash Handling and Transactions: Maintaining the cash drawer, processing payments accurately, and handling credit card transactions efficiently are essential responsibilities.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Addressing and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner is vital to maintaining a positive reputation.
  • Daily Tasks: Assisting with daily duties, such as image maker updates, freight receiving, stocking shelves, and cleaning, is a key aspect of this role.
  • Operational Tasks: Performing various operational tasks, like preparing merchandise returns and assisting with stock adjustments and inventory cycle counts, is also required.
  • Vehicle Operation: Occasionally driving a delivery vehicle to make deliveries when business needs dictate is an added responsibility.
Requirements:
  • Quick Sequence Matching: The ability to rapidly match alphanumeric sequences is essential for success in this role.
  • Multi-Tasking: The ideal candidate must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store simultaneously.
  • Linguistic Skills: Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, being highly desirable.
