Job Title: Senior CRM Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior-level architect to join our team in defining end-to-end CRM strategies, interfacing with stakeholders across departments, and ensuring architectural integrity while modernizing complex legacy CRM ecosystems in highly regulated environments.

About the Job
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering public sector or highly regulated CRM solutions, as well as experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, Salesforce CRM, and HubSpot CRM.
  • They will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional settings.
Responsibilities
  1. Lead CRM platform selection, integration design, and modernization strategy.
  2. Architect scalable, secure, and compliant CRM implementations (D365, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  3. Collaborate with functional stakeholders to translate business processes into technical solutions.
  4. Develop data models and workflows for constituent engagement, service delivery, and case management.
  5. Define and enforce architecture standards across delivery teams.
  6. Guide internal and external engineering teams through execution.
  7. Ensure platform governance, extensibility, and data residency compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience working in Software Architecture.
  • 5+ years of experience working in CRM systems.
  • Proven experience delivering public sector or highly regulated CRM solutions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, Salesforce CRM, and HubSpot CRM.
  • Proficiency with REST / SOAP APIs, data sync strategies, and middleware integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management in cross-functional / government settings.
