This is a senior leadership role that oversees the implementation of datacenter, server, and storage environments for the entire organization. The position provides strategic and technical support, including image archive and disaster recovery.
Main Responsibilities:- Leads the design and architecture of secure and scalable solutions for the entire enterprise.
- Designs, develops, implements, and supports infrastructure environments.
- Manages data collection, reporting, and trending for critical devices and components.
- Participates in and leads technical projects and initiatives.
- Assesses emerging industry trends, anticipates, and develops strategic solutions.
- Provides expert support for all infrastructure components.
- Makes technical decisions regarding the configuration of IT solutions.
- Performs data analysis of complex systems and ensures ongoing optimization.
- Coordinates installation of new equipment, technologies, and processes for projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience with enterprise infrastructure, including configuration and management of hypervisors, backup platforms, and storage devices. They should be able to solve/troubleshoot complex problems, think creatively, and collaborate with others within the business.
