Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to fill this key position. The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow platform and Agile frameworks such as SCRUM or KANBAN.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for ServiceNow projects.
  • Evaluating current business processes to identify opportunities for enhancement and automation through ServiceNow.
  • Designing ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs and adhere to best practices.
  • Assisting in the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules.
  • Developing test plans, conducting testing, and validating ServiceNow functionalities.
  • Providing training and support to end-users.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. They will also have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage project timelines effectively.
