Job Description

We are seeking a Business Operations Intern to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business operations and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the proactive hiring process for diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Communicate with applicants in English via email and phone.
  • Assist recruiters during university recruitment events.
  • Support HR marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in global and regional team calls.
  • Work on various projects as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University student enrolled in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related areas.
  • Advanced English skills (written and spoken).
  • Experience in HR or Talent Acquisition/Attraction/Recruiting is a plus.
  • Good skills with LinkedIn are a plus.
  • Team-orientation and ability to communicate well with team members and managers.
  • Strong orientation to service, customer, and quality focus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
