We operate stores in remote areas of Texas where oilfield and industrial workers spend their days.

The business has doubled revenue every year since launch, with a projected doubling again next year.

Role Overview

This is a remote position that supports the CEO & Founder. You'll assist with research, investor communications, project tracking, financial analysis, and other critical work as we expand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research - Help study new opportunities and prepare reports
  • Investor Communications - Support updates and materials for investors
  • Project Tracking - Process invoices, keep budgets up to date, and track costs
  • Data Work - Review and analyze data to spot trends
  • Financial Analysis - Assist with numbers for acquisitions and new projects
  • Business Development - Help with outreach to potential customers and partners

Requirements

  • Careful attention to detail
  • Ability to work respectfully with internal teammates and outside partners
  • Can work independently and stay organized without constant oversight
  • Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Comfort using AI tools to make work faster and more effective
  • Good written and spoken English
