Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Product Marketing Operations Assistant. This individual will be responsible for supporting various aspects of investment launches on our platform, from deal setup to final syndication.

The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing operations, preferably in the fintech industry, and possess strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from marketing data.

This role requires proficiency in business intelligence systems (e.g., Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Heap). Additionally, excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for success in this position.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support Investment Launches: Assist in all aspects of investment launches on the platform, including deal setup, investment product launches, and go-to-market plans.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve investment offering processes and workflows.
  • Documentation and Analysis: Develop and maintain documentation, guidelines, and best practices for marketing operations, as well as gather and analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Project Management: Support project management on key initiatives, including investment product launches, go-to-market plans, and investment syndication.
  • Performance Tracking: Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track marketing performance metrics, including campaign KPIs, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and customer lifetime value.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably in the fintech industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in business intelligence systems and marketing automation platforms, strong analytical skills, solid understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools, detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills, ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication and collaboration skills, advanced speaking English level.
