Product Support Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Product Support team as an intern. As a member of this team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support experience to our customers.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and resolve reported incidents using knowledge databases or product configuration verification.
  • Perform root cause analysis of reported incidents.
  • Create knowledge documentation, share knowledge, moderate forums, etc.
  • Participate in global projects around support processes and quality assurance.
  • Report errors to Development/Operations teams.
  • Provide consulting services for customers on procedural issues and queries.
  • Monitor and enable SLA fulfillment via queue monitoring.

Requirements:
  • Undergraduate students in IT/Computer Science, Business, or related areas (from the 2nd semester or later or to be graduated in approximately 24 months).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Systematical, communicative, and creative focus.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Advanced English required; Spanish is an advantage.
  • Previous experience with customer support and/or ticketing tool is an advantage.
