Job Opportunity: Senior Support Specialist

Support our senior leadership team by providing exceptional support in Brazil.

This is a dynamic role that requires a strategic and proactive individual who can prioritize tasks effectively and engage with the team to meet objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Calendar management and meeting scheduling
  • Booking travel arrangements and organizing offsite meetings
  • Expense report submission and reconciliation
  • Providing general support to visitors, including conference room booking and meeting scheduling

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and Portuguese language skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience as an executive assistant supporting leadership at the VP level or above
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills, with ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to plan complex travel and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and calendaring software
